In the course of the ceremony at the headquarters of the Region in Milan, LU-VE was recognized for having developed best practices for social responsibility in the fields of:
• environmental sustainability projects
• quality of relationships with suppliers, customers and users
• responsible company governance and management.
The prize, now in its 7th year, recognizes responsible companies for their socio-environmental commitment with the issue of a certificate of achievement and enrolment in the On-line Index at the website csr.unioncamerelombardia.it.
“The Lombardy Region upholds and promotes this important initiative because it contributes to fostering and rendering visible sustainable company management models which can drive development in the territory and the common good in the local communities of reference. Best Practices will once again document in this edition that combining competitiveness with social responsibility is a necessity which is felt ever more strongly by companies ” commented the Assessor for Economic Development, Mauro Parolini, who chaired the ceremony.

All the rest follows as a consequence” said Iginio Liberali, President of LU-VE Group. “Since the foundation of the company in 1986, we have paid careful attention to environmental aspects and business ethics, dedicating special attention to the people who work for and with us, in all the countries where the group operates”.
